Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your RoomTastic account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — From inside the app

• Open the RoomTastic app and sign in.
• Tap the account icon in the top-right of the home screen.
• Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to support@roomtasticai.com from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete my RoomTastic account". We will verify and process the request within seven days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name, sign-in identifiers).
• All rooms, uploaded photos, and AI-generated designs you created.
• All app activity and preferences tied to your account.

What is retained

• Aggregated, non-personal usage statistics that cannot identify you.
• Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax or fraud-prevention records). These are kept for the minimum period required by law and then deleted.

Timeline

Account and content deletion completes within seven days of your request. Backups containing your data are purged within thirty days.
