RoomTastic ("RoomTastic", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by LANCE FRED GREENE CORP. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and a unique account identifier.
• Photos you upload. Images you take or choose for redesign are sent to our AI processing providers and stored with your account so you can access your projects across devices.
• Project data. The rooms, redesign results, dimensions, style preferences, and shopping selections you create in the app.
• Subscription & purchase data. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user identifier and your subscription status. Payments are processed by Apple or Google — we never see your card details.
• Diagnostic data. Basic crash and performance logs to keep the app working.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI interior design generation and shopping recommendations.
• To sync your projects between your devices.
• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
• To improve reliability, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to operate RoomTastic:

• AI providers — to generate the requested redesign output from images you submit.
• RevenueCat — to manage subscription state and entitlements.
• Apple & Google — for authentication and in-app purchases.
• Hosting infrastructure — to store your account and project data securely.

4. Data Retention

Your projects and uploaded images are retained while your account is active. You may delete a project at any time from inside the app, which removes it from our servers within seven days.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app under Account · Danger Zone, or by emailing support@roomtasticai.com from the email address linked to your account. Account and content deletion completes within seven days; backups are purged within thirty days.

6. Children

RoomTastic is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and authenticated sessions (signed JWTs). We restrict internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Brazil LGPD), you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@roomtasticai.com.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of RoomTastic after a change means you accept the updated policy.
