Common Questions

How do I cancel or refund my subscription?

RoomTastic Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. To cancel:

Refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, in accordance with their policies. We can help you with the request — email us if you're unsure.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase, open RoomTastic, and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.

The AI redesign isn't generating

How do I delete my account?

Open RoomTastic → tap the account icon → scroll to Danger Zone → tap Delete Account. Or email support@roomtasticai.com from the address linked to your account. Deletion completes within seven days.

I think I'm being charged for something I shouldn't be

Email us with the date of the charge and the email address on your RoomTastic account. We'll investigate and, if appropriate, help you submit a refund request to Apple or Google.

I want to report a bug or suggest a feature

We love feedback. Email support@roomtasticai.com with the subject line "Feedback" and as much detail as possible (device, OS version, steps to reproduce, screenshots).
