Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoomTastic mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by LANCE FRED GREENE CORP. ("RoomTastic", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RoomTastic. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Use of the Service

You may use RoomTastic to generate AI interior design suggestions for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our written permission.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and project data you upload. You grant RoomTastic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service and provide it back to you.

4. Subscriptions & Free Trial

• RoomTastic Pro is offered on an auto-renewing subscription basis at the prices shown in the app at purchase.
• A 7-day free trial may be offered to first-time subscribers. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds, when eligible, are issued by Apple or Google according to their policies.
• Free unlocks (currently three per account) are provided as a courtesy and may change without notice.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Designs, dimensions, paint estimates, and product recommendations generated by RoomTastic are AI suggestions intended for inspiration. They are not professional architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, or interior design advice. Always verify with a qualified professional and confirm product specifications before purchasing or making real-world changes.

6. Third-Party Products & Links

The Service may surface products from third-party retailers (e.g. The Home Depot, Wayfair, IKEA, paint manufacturers). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, quality, or fulfillment of those products. Your transactions with third parties are between you and the third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, text, design, branding, and other materials in the Service are owned by RoomTastic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time from inside the app or by emailing us.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomTastic and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of RoomTastic after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
